ADDQoL18 - Audit of Diabetes Dependent Quality of Life

This questionnaire for adults with diabetes is an individualised measure of the impact of diabetes on quality of life. The latest version of the measure (ADDQoL19) was simplified in various ways in the light of development of other DQoL measures. It is widely used in clinical trials and other studies.
